This is an emergency and routine pipe flange making device. No need to weld, just by tightening on pipe, it makes stub end which can withstand piping intyernal pressure as well as stability.

Pipe flanges are having two functions. One is sealing and another is holding flange on pipe. We separated both functions by its conceptual design.

This product is available in different materials of construction and sizes. We manufacture it from 1/2″ ( 15 NB ) to 6″ ( 150 NB ). Pressure rating available is up to 10 kg/sq.cm working.

This product is not suitable for use in following applications.

• High temperature more than 200 Degree Centigrades.
• For Piping having very high pressure more than 20 kg/sq.cm.
• For piping subjected to very high tension and vibration during operation.
