This is a extrusion machine for extruded products in mass production for extrusion at room temperatures. It gives extruded product in different shapes as per required shape and sizes.

Simple conceptual machine operation with less numbers of machine components. The processing raw material is mixed with required quantity of water and lumps prepared for pushing through hopper. Once feed is given to hopper, it pulled inside screw and pushed forward towards outlet die. This die is having particular shape and it can be replaced as per product output shape and size needs. One machine can give more numbers of product sizes and shape.
